L...I began the day with a bacon-egg-cheese burrito. Lunch was a torn salad/bacon/ranch dressing burrito - I do like to make burritos! - and I didn't even know it was Bacon Day!<br /><br />Much as I like bacon strips, I buy cheaper brands and they always seem to be smushed into a twisted pile. So I've taken to using bone shears to cut them into one-inch pieces. They cook up nice and crisp, are easy to use, and the bacon drippings I save for later use.
