I'm Moving so slow updates

Hi all Bacon Lovers out there. Happy St. Patties day, I hope you enjoyed some green beer and an Irish Bacon sandwich. My favorite is a roll with butter and Irish bacon, simple, easy, and very very tasty. I'm in the process of moving to the other side of the world from where I started thus the bacon day blog has been quiet for a while. The Bacon Boys are still in Boulder, and still stuck in the lab for the most part. I will continue to try to post more frequently, but it may take some time while I'm moving and settling in. Thanks for your patience and keep enjoying bacon!
