Bacon research

There is more news about bacon and your health. Researchers found that eating bacon 5 or more times a week, or skinless chick frequently increases your risk to bladder cancer. Don't feel like you have to give your bacon up yet though. The results are far from definitive. Their study also showed that people who eat a lot of bacon tend to eat a lot of meat and fat in general, fewer vitamins and are more likely to smoke and not exercise. So to stay healthy, please eat responsibly, exercise, and stay healthy... This way you will live longer so you can enjoy more bacon days.
