Bacon and Beer

I found another site with yet another bacon festival/holiday. The Champagne of Blogs just finished celebrating their Bacon week a while ago. It looks like they had a great time and discovered many things about this wonderful meat including grease fires occur easily when cooking bacon on a BBQ, and that you shouldn't

use homebrew to put out a BBQ bacon grease fire.

When Making Bacon, please always be safe and if cooking with an open flame, it's not a bad idea to have a fire extinguisher close by.
