Need a reason to get beer and bacon?

Okay who needs more of a reason then it's beer and bacon, but if you feel that you do, then you should make springfield chilli. It calls for both beer and bacon, but I'm surprised at the small amount of bacon. The recipe is written out on our recipe blog along with a recipe for your own chilli powder (if you want to make it a bit hotter). I think I'm going to have to try this this weekend, although I'm not sure I can find ground turkey, so I might have to use ground chicken.
