Here at Bacon Day we try to explore the depths of Bacon, but it's always good to be reminded of the classics. The Brazil Times (of Indiana) reminded us of Bacon Wrapped Cocktail Sausages. This makes me wonder how many more classic bacon dishes we've overlooked. There is always bacon wrapped prawns, and bacon wrapped steak. There are many others I'm sure, so help us remember and leave us a comment.
