I found the other day that The AV Club has a number of great posts on bacon. The one the link goes to is their taste testing of many fun bacon products. They had a great way of making a bacon bloody mary. It sounds like they used bacon salt on the rim of the glass - this got some great reviews. I wonder how this would work for a margarita. Or maybe someone should make some bacon sugar and use that for - say - mojitos. Lime, bacon, mint, and sugar: what could be better?
