I found another article about this wonderful-sounding dinner by the Time Out Chicago blog where they say:

The roving dinner party’s latest incarnation, held in the slick new urban loft-y Kitchen Chicago digs at 324 North Leavitt Street, featured an all-bacon theme, inspired, Izard told me, by the upcoming International Bacon Day this Saturday, September 5.
