If you haven't by now

So if you haven't yet started reading Mr. Bacon Pants Blog continually, this is for you. He has put up video of the Bacon eating contest where contestants had to eat up to 3 lb. of bacon in 5 min! I'd say on Bacon day, for a person who enjoys all three meals and everything in between eats maybe a 1 lb. some perhaps a bit more, and that's over 24 hrs. This is an incredible thing to see, but I don't think I'll be signing up for a bacon eating contest anytime soon.

The Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival

I will sadly not be able to attend this event over the weekend, but Mr. Bacon Pants (Jason Mosley) will be there and blogging away. Apparently this event sold out in one day... I bet it was the t-shirts. I will try to give links to his posts over the weekend, but I might also just sit in the kitchen and create my own bacon tasting.
