Bacon Boy This Year at Bacon Day

2009 is the 5th Bacon Day and this one is special. If you remember, last year we met and lost Austin the creator of Bacon Boy. This year CHAP is helping us celebrate Bacon Day and Bacon Boy at the Art in the Pearl Labor Day Festival in Portland Oregon.

FIRST ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL BACON BOY DAY OF BACON AND ART FESTIVAL

Come on down to experience Art in the Pearl on Labor Day weekend. This annual event presents a collection of artists from all around the world to show their art on the North Park blocks in Portland's Pearl District. Glass, jewelry, shoes, lamps, paintings, clocks to cloisonné can be seen where bacon becomes art and art becomes bacon through the ADVENTURES OF BACON BOY. Joining CHAP will be Oregon Culinary Institute, Cup Cake Jones, Screen Door restaurant, Voodoo Doughnuts and a pig pin full of bacon buddies from around town.
