As I think everyone probably knows by now, the Bacon Salt guys are selling Bacon Mayo, and the do ship anywhere in the world, but what if you want to try to make your own? Well a friend posted a link to this wonderful recipe on our face book site. Bacon Mayo for everyone.

The Best Bacon Sandwich Ever (?)

I have not head this, but I think this may be a new addition to Bacon Day. On the Bacon Salt website they posted a letter from a fan. They mad a BLT with Bacon Bread, Bacon mayo, and of course Bacon. I don't know why we have never thought of bacon bread. We've had bacon muffins, bacon cupcakes, bacon pancakes and waffles, why not bacon bread?

Thanks bacon salt guys for spreading the news of this wonderful idea.

Bacon cosmetics

You must have known the day would come when bacon entered the world of cosmetics. There are recipes for bacon soap, so why not a face scrub? Okay so this isn't a face scrub, but the guys at bacon salt now have bacon lip balm for those who are tired of the cherry flavor chap stick and want something a bit more savory. So if you really want to catch that guy go for a flavor they can't resist BACON!

More Bacon Drinks...

I know, these never seem to live up to their potential, but here is a new twist on the bacon bloody mary. I found this over on the Examiner. Previous recipes for Bacon bloody mary's have ranged from using a piece of bacon instead of a pickle, to making it with bacon infused vodka. This recipe uses Bacon Salt instead, and that seems more hopeful. I have yet to try it, but I have to say it doesn't give me the willies like the others,

So I bet you thought that nothing could top Bacon Salt... Well the guys who brought us bacon salt are now working on baconnaise. According to King5.com The bacon salt guys got the bacon to start sharing their bacon idea from America's Funniest Home video's and are now looking to expand their merchandise. Later this month you could be eating a tomato, lettuce, and baconnise sandwich instead of your normal BLT. I wonder what an egg salad sandwich would taste like with baconnaise instead of mayo? The possibilities are endless.
