The Best Bacon Sandwich Ever (?)

I have not head this, but I think this may be a new addition to Bacon Day. On the Bacon Salt website they posted a letter from a fan. They mad a BLT with Bacon Bread, Bacon mayo, and of course Bacon. I don't know why we have never thought of bacon bread. We've had bacon muffins, bacon cupcakes, bacon pancakes and waffles, why not bacon bread?

Science used to perfect the bacon sandwich

This seemed like the perfect thing to write about considering that most of us who contribute to this blog are scientist and the others are connected to science either through work, friends, or significant others. Scientist in Britain have developed a formula for the perfect bacon sandwich... a mathematical formula

N = C + {fb(cm) . fb(tc)} + fb(Ts) + fc . ta.

I'm not sure what it all stands for, but that is it. They looked into how to cook the bacon, what type of bacon, the taste, texture, smell, and look of the bacon.
